The reason it is advised that you do not do all of that running together
According to recent research and study, it has been concluded that if you sprint fast and for long enough, it can help increase your human growth hormone levels by 530% more than normal levels. This can actually help to fight the process of aging or middle-aging and can also help to propel your performance during your body building work out sessions.
You could go about doing your sprinting in many different or alternative ways, but the ultimate aim is to cross all four of the basic threshold levels to get the full benefit of maximum growth hormone release. On easy way in which beginners can do this is by running 60 meters at a time. Do this 8 times.?
Take a 1 or 2 minute break between each sprint. You can use this one or two minute break to walk back to the original position or location from where you began sprinting. Also make sure that with each successive sprint, you increase your sprinting speed, thereby increasing the intensity of your sprinting cardio work out on your body, to achieve the desired level of growth hormone release.?
You will need to do the entire exercise, within a maximum period of 20 minutes. You must no exceed this time limit in sprinting 60 meters, 8 times, with 1 or 2 minute walking period, all included within the 20-minute time frame. If while achieving the same, the 20 minute time-frame is exceeded, then it implies that you have not achieved the necessary cardio intensity to accomplish the desired level of human growth hormone release.
After 20 minutes of doing this, you could do more if you have more stamina, but it is advised that you divide your cardio work outs to do 20 minutes of the aforementioned cardio work out during different times of the day, to add up to 60 minutes, if you want that much of a work out.?
Another alternative is to run 10 minutes of continuous high intensity running, without break. You could also spread this out to do 10-10 minutes throughout the day, till they add up to an hour, if you need to do that much of a cardio work out for gaining stamina for your body building work outs on a subsequent day.?
The reason it is advised that you do not do all of that running together for an hour, especially if you are looking for the human growth hormone is because, the human growth hormone is produced in a pulsatile manner within the human body. So if you do 1 hour of cardio, or any other work out for that matter, the growth hormones are produced only during the first 10 minutes.?
On the other hand if you do 10-10 minutes worth of high intensity work outs spread out throughout the duration of the whole day, you could have human growth hormones release in your body for each of those respective 10 minutes across the day, when you do those 10 minute work outs, thereby achieving higher levels of human growth hormones in your body.
Armed with this knowledge, you are now aware as to how you can perform your cardio work outs or even weight-training work outs from your body building work out sessions, in the best possible manner to help you achieve the maximum results, by synchronizing your work-out sessions with the release of your human growth hormones, each time during the day.
